
Hello Everyone,
Welcome to a new day. Let's hope it is filled with great health. If not, then you might need some better nutrition, or to do a detoxifying program, such as taking a little break, like 2-3 weeks, from any substances of foods that you overconsume and overuse. Can we re-create a healthy realtionship with what we consume? We can more easily if we develop healthier habits, and that's important to long-term health.
I have just the articles on this site and the books that will help to guide you in your healing process. Review for starters the article called, The Purification Process, which incorporates the information in two of my books, The New Detox Diet and The False Fat Diet. These look at clearing the SNACCs--Sugar, Nicotine, Alcohol, Caffeine, and Chemicals--as part of detox.
